What is E-Design, or virtual interior design?
Commonly known as e-design, it creates the opportunity for people to work with an interior designer remotely and handle all aspects of the ordering and implementation process themselves with support from the designer as needed after the design has been developed for them. It's the perfect alternative to full-service, or turnkey design, for those looking to be more hands-on with the implementation (or project management) process!

How does it all work?
Our How Does It Work page will best answer this question, but in short, Revival Designs keeps the process simple and convenient with a three-step process. You'll first approve your custom quote and receive a welcome email containing your access instructions for your client portal, where you'll upload measurements and photos of your space that will help me create the perfect design. You'll also complete a short questionnaire where you tell me more about your unique design style preferences, confirm the approximate amount you want to spend on your project, etc., which helps me select products accordingly.

What's the turnaround time for a project or how long does it all take?
Because I know how important your project is to you and your family, I will provide you a custom quote within 12 hours of receiving your request. The timeline for the remainder of your project will depend on multiple factors, such as the scope of work being requested and client responsiveness during the project, as you will be given opportunities throughout to approve design decisions or request revisions. When I send you your custom quote, I will also include the average completion timeline with that so you can make an informed decision on whether or not to move forward.

How much does it cost to receive a quote for my project?
It doesn't cost you anything to request a quote and you are not obligated to move forward with your custom quote once you receive it. You don't pay anything unless you choose to move forward with your quote.

What if I don't like what you select for my space?
While I always strive to select items that align with your indicated design style preference (and of course budget), the options for products are endless! Because I understand there may be something that fits your style better, if I propose an item that you don't love and want me to resource, simply request a revision and I'll find something else - it's that easy!
